I need to upgrade but see that no monthly plans are available. Anyone know why or can recommend another cloud storage service that offers low cost monthly payment plans for an individual. Thanks!

There’s a toggle on our pricing page that lets you switch between monthly and annual plans. By default, it’s set to annual, which includes a discounted rate.
If you’re looking for an individual plan, you might want to check out Personal Pro—it offers 100 GB of storage and a 5 GB file upload limit. From the pricing homepage, just head over to the “Individuals and Teams” section to see the cost and available features.
