BOX App doesn't work on MI device

All these years box app worked on MI device Mobile. Suddenly says not worked on your MI device. Pl clarify

1. Is your OS version up to date? For reference, Android 11 support has reached its end of life (EOL) as announced here, and we'd like to ensure your MI device is still supported. The latest Android version is Android 15 (see the Compatibility with Android 15 announcement for details).

2. Is your Box mobile app updated? You can download the latest version here: Box downloads

Box supports the most recent major releases of web browsers and desktop/mobile operating systems (OS). If your OS is no longer supported, it could be causing interface or app issues.
