I have sent invitation email for the Box before My client validated his email address. After this, He validated his email address and I resent the invitation email, however He could not receive the email. (already checked spam, junk folder.)
I am assuming the case falls within the "Email on suppression list" in link below.

I need you to confirm if his email account is on the suppression list, also if it is so, please remove his account from it.
How do I provide his account information?
