| Configure and lock signer authentication methods in Box Sign reusable templates (Apr 2025) Feature | GA | We have released the ability for users and admins to configure signer authentication methods within reusable templates, as well as the ability to lock those settings to prevent other users from modifying them when sending the template out for signature or approval. This new enhancement gives template owners more control over their templates, how those templates are used in signature requests, and how recipients are authenticated using those templates. |
| Rolling out | We have implemented additional multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements before performing certain critical actions in the admin console. We’re now adding another critical action to the list, requiring additional verification before adding or removing a domain. |
