I am on a business plan and should have unlimited storage, but when I try to upload, it says that the limit has been reached and I cannot upload.The admin page also shows unlimited capacity for user accounts (no limit set).Do you know the cause?

I’m integrating Box with Bubble and I deleted my Box app and tried to associate my Bubble account with a newly created Box app. But I’m getting a “public key already in use” message despite having already deleted the previous Box app. Am trying to get in touch with someone at Box Support to either reinstate the deleted app or help remove the public key from Box’s system. Bubble doesn’t allow me to create a new public key for my app so that is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looks like it is possible based on the below post: I deleted the application without removing the public key, now what? General I misconfigured my application within developers.box.com and deleted it to create another one and start the correct configuration. Our agency has begun using Box Hubs, and while we are not a tremendously large organization, if I’m adding all staff as viewers for a hub, it comes across as rather inefficient to have to add every single person’s email individually in the share screen so that the hub appears among their accessible choices.  I’m not missing something, am I?
