Hi, I cannot log in. Always states invalid captcha, even though there is no captcha. I reset my password successfully, but it always states the same thing.

- Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser?
- Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers.
- Try logging in to Box.com with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s.
- Try connecting to a different network or internet connection.
If the issue persists, just to add some troubleshooting steps here, kindly check if these addresses are whitelisted on your firewall or proxy:
Box's login uses a captcha for security purposes and it's likely that your network is blocking said captcha, resulting in the inability to login. A block on our captcha URL means that there is likely a firewall or proxy that is not allowing one or both of the addresses provided above.
You will need to reach out to an IT person that can configure this for you. Since the block is happening locally, it will need to be lifted or a rule needs to be put in place to allow the IPs listed on https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/. Once that is done, you should be able to login to Box.
