Installation fails when installing Box drive on Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 version.

I cannot store the image sent me from Marriott Library in my computer. I keep receiving error messages that there isn't enough room on the computer and I need to close programs. There are no other programs running. What's happening?

I emptied almost all of my files however the storage indicated that I used 40.1 G out of 50 G.  Can you please help me fix this problem so that I can upload my files again. thx

So it looks like lots of people have this problem. When I try to add a user, I get the email not associated with enterprise error.

I am unable to share a link or invite people for a project named Project Popsicle. I am the owner and editor of the folder.  When I try to invite people or create share link, the below error signs show up: - There was an error getting the shared link for this item - There was a problem while completing your request. Please try again. I've tried logging in again but I still cannot share link or invite people. Please assist.

I have an existing Box account where I can see old files.  A new party has shared files with me but when I click on their link it says "the page doesn't exist".  the person sharing says that I haven't "accepted the invite".  Can anyone help me out?  

The original file was deleved on Box.  Suggestion: Make a copy of your file and delete the original. I know the original file was deleted.  I have since made a new pdf and renamed it.  I do not need this file and would like the Error Updating 1 item message to go away.  Everything is fine.

Tried to add a verified domain in addition to an existing one but it fails.

1 of our 3 users keeps getting this error message but I believe we have unlimited storage, can you help.

Box makes them open in a new tab.  On my non-box Chrome profile, links open within the same window.  So Box is messing this up.  How do I make links in Google Docs within Box open within the same window?

Our company has three license agreements. I have two accounts so far, and recently added one account.At this time, you may have added the license by mistake, and the number of licenses in use is 3/8. I only use three accounts, how can I get them back? Please let me know if you need any other information.

I am an attorney. I have been sent a link from another attorney that does not show in my account.  I am under a court-ordered protective order so I am unable to share details to the community.  How do I access the files under the link provided?

The product I work on offers a Box Integration to our customers, allowing them to create connections to Box within our product, download files or folders from Box into our product, and keep them in sync using web hook subscriptions. Occasionally those customers create multiple connections to the same Box account. We've noticed that web hook subscriptions are: 1) Owned by an access token, so if there are multiple connections to the same Box account using the same client id and secret to generate the token, web hook subscriptions created by one are invisible to the other. 2) Unique to the resource and (Box) account, so you cannot create duplicate web hook subscriptions to the same resource, even if that subscription is on a different access token. Is that accurate? Because some of my customers have got themselves in a position where they have deleted the first access token and now we can't clean up their subscriptions or create new ones for them. Hello! I am trying to use Agent Ransack to scan my hard drive for particular files, and I know that some of them are in my Box folders. I would like to have the scan look on my drive for these, but I would like to exclude any folders that are not owned by me. I have quite a few folders shared with me that have terabytes' worth of data, and I don't want these in my scan. Short of identifying all my Box subfolders specifically, is there any other way to include <my> Box folders in the scan, while skipping <everyone else's> Box folders that I can access? I am not able to make any uploads while onsite at work or while connected to vpn and working remotely. This is strange because other users within the building are able to but all my uploads fail. I ran the connection diagnostics tool and see that my uploads are failing to https://upload.app.box.com where as other users don't have that issue. My IT has checked Firewall settings and do not see any blockage, me and the other users operate from the same Vlan as well. Not sure if this is some kind of external blockage? Would there be any way for you to check on your end?  

Appears this is a known issue. Please reset for my account. Also, there is a message on my support.box.com profile that you have sent a verification email to a VERY, VERY old email address that you should not even keep according to privacy laws. Please clear this verification message.
