hi My disc shows full even though it is not full

Mine too is showing a wrong size. It says that is occupied in half while it is completely empty.

I have checked the box.com rating among other similar services. It has as low as 1.5 stars while six is the best. Do YOU see (administrator) how BAD it is?

I have send my request to run the script a while ago and nothing was done up to now.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
