Good afternoon. We used to have the free account with a 10GB storage limit. We have moved to the Pro Plan and we have paid 108€ but when we try to upload files it says "upload error due to storage limit". What's the problem?" Thank you.

Please note that your folder limit will vary according to the owner's storage space. Please verify the owner of the affected folder and check the owner's storage limit.
