My 2FA (using Google Authenticator) is working well on the app on my android phone. In WIndows I am not prompted for the authenticator code before being able to access files.

Can you try the following troubleshooting steps then try again.
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
