RE: Create a fillable form on BOX for a third party to complete and return

I need to be able to provide a fillable form in BOX for completion to third parties, and then be able to have them share their completed form back to me.  I do not have BOX Relay installed on my system.  What is the best way to do this?  Please advise.  Thank you.  Lesley Melin
