Wrong "quota exceeded" message

My box folder does not sync new files and I get a message that my quota is exceeded. In my account, it says that I've used all my box space (50gb). However my synced box folder is only 32gb. How can I fix this?

The data storage in your account has been cleared up and it should now display the correct storage space.
