We use WS_FTP to schedule nightly FTP transfers to and from Box.com. Lately these transfers have failed, and I suspect (as well as hope) that the culprit is a Non-Trusted Certificate (see screenshot). I need to remedy this quickly because copying these files manually is setting me behind at work. I'm reluctant to "trust this certificate" as I'm filling in for my CIO who is out on extended leave and I'm not sure what potential liabilities I might expose my employer to.Is this something Box support can help me with, or do I need to contact DigiCert Inc? When I try accessing a link it states “ The sender has set an invalid configuration for this link. Ask the owner of this link to review the permission settings, or get in touch with Box Support” ? And I need this link accessed by tomorrow.

same problem for a month. Support isn't helpful. Go to DropBox. 

There is a file that seems to have been deleted from my box account into the trash folder and then deleted from the trash folder.  How do I recover files that were deleted from the trash folder?  

We have a business account and are getting error messages when trying to add two users who have free accounts. This is an urgent issue we are facing in order to collaborate with a client.

My Box Drive icon is grayed out. I am not able to quit the application. The application does not show in the list when I force quit. I am trying to uninstall and reinstall Box Drive and I am getting this error. "Error: Box Drive is running" Please quit Box Drive first before resetting or uninstalling. We have tried all the troubleshooting articles on the Box support community and internet searches. Still not working. Help!

We need a way to click on a directory of files that have files and links and download all the files needed including the linked file .. Is there a process for this or different way to get a common file that is shared across multiple folders

The emails are not being blocked by anything on our end.  We use Mimecast and I have super-admin rights so I can see all message traffic.  Nothing is being received.  Need to make sure both users are not being blocked by the suppression list.  <personal information-redacted> and <personal information-redacted> are the two email addresses that need to be removed from the list. Thank you.

I deleted files and yet I still have full storage, how can solve it? I need to upload new files/ thanks.

When I try to add a new user, oddly, my name pops up in the "add user window". I delete my name and try to add a new name (and email address) (along with privledges) the window then goes gray and will not allow me to save.   

The system didn’t recognize my email aparently it does now

I am receiving the following error when attempting to upload our list of emails for a batch send process. "Incorrect mimetype: expected text/csv found application/vnd.ms-excel". Any help with what this error means and how to correct it is appreciated. I am using the batch file template from Box and have tried saving the file to different .csv types with no luck.   Thank you.

Hello, A colleague shared two separate project folders with me. But when I accept one, I lose access to the other! It seems the system won't let me keep access to both of them. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks for any help.
