Hello, I am wanted to upload multiple powerpoint folders directly to box. When I click folder upload on box, it takes me to folders on my Mac. My power point folders are not saved to my MacBook but to my one drive account. Is there a way to upload directly from powerpoint one drive?
My company uses a shared file for a weekly meeting. The file is no longer seen by anyone, except when searched for - it shows up in search results but when clicked, it says "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." The person who last edited the file cannot find it in his trash folder either.

I am trying to grant access to five different users on the Box. They are not receiving the invite when I send it directly through the Box, so I have to send them a copy of the link. When they use this link, they try to sign up for an account, but they never receive the confirmation email. So, the problem seems to be receiving emails from Box. We checked any spam filters on their email and there are none.
I'm doing my initial setup of 25 users and 8 already have box accounts that use our company domain but aren't affiliated with our new enterprise account. Not sure how to contact support to fix this. TIA

Hello, I am looking to automate backups from our company's Box account to local storage, partly for regulatory reasons, but also so we have time based backups and deletion protection, in addition to what is already provided by Box in terms of redundancy etc. I am looking at NAS models - Synology and QNAP. Synology has cloud sync, but this just keeps a mirror of the cloud storage, not a time based backup. There is Hyper Backup, but seems clunky to combine this with cloud sync. QNAP has Hybrid Backup Sync (HBS) which I am looking into. Does anyone have any experience with this? Looking to roll this out ASAP so appreciate any input. Thanks!

Before I delete a user, I first want to transfer all of their folder/file ownership (owner and Co-Owner) to another user. Can I do this easily? I have not found a report that works well and I don't see an easy tool to transfer massive amounts of data (+5TB) to a different Owner?
I can create a link to share a Word (*.docx) file to "anybody with the link" but I cannot do the same for *.pdf or *.xlsx files. I have my account settings set up to allow this. How do I create such links to share view-only PDF and Excel files with people outside of Box?

Hi everyone, I recently canceled my Box subscription but have now decided to renew it with the same product I was using before. However, I noticed that my Enterprise ID has changed. I need to revert back to my previous Enterprise ID because all the app users who were previously associated with the old Enterprise ID are now classified as external collaborators. Could someone please assist me in restoring my previous Enterprise ID? This change is critical for maintaining proper access and permissions for my team. Thank you in advance for your help!
