My Box Support profile has the wrong email address, so I don't get email notifications when I open tickets or post in the Support Community (like this post.)  However, when I try to change it to the correct address, I get the message "This email address is already in use by another profile."


*** I want to make very clear that I am NOT talking about my email address in the Box application.  I am talking about my email address on THIS site, the Box Support Community site, as viewed in my profile when I go to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/profiles. *** 


Can I please get some help with this?
