I am also experiencing this issue and came here looking to see if anyone else was having the same issue.
I'm a Co-Admin, and when I go to view the folders shared with a user in Users&Groups, I get the same error message as Coby in his original message.
Any chance I could get in on this as well? Would you like me to submit my own ticket to the Product Support team, or would they like to keep it all under one?
