Storage limit says Full, but I have less than 500MB in my folders

Hello,

My storage limit says full, but I have less than 500MB in my folders and I am supposed to have 10G.

Is there a way to reset my actual storage limit? The storage used has been wrong for some time.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
