Hello, For two days now, I have been unable to access the materials sent to me, despite the best efforts of our IT team. When I try to download I am told I do not have the requisite permissions and must contact the Owner. When I try to open the PDF I am told that I do not have rights to this content. I have reached out via email about this problem and was simply sent the link to "work together" in the folder again which did nothing. I need to access these materials ASAP. Thank you
Whenever I open the application on my device, it takes me to go login online. After I login online, the application loads and then it shows an error. Does anyone know what the issue can be?

I used to be able to access my box through my school portal. I've since graduated two years ago. I was able to continue to use the portal until today. Today, for the first time, it displays "invalid login credentials" and doesn't allow me to log in. I logged into my personal free account to post this question to the support forum: How do I access the files stored on my old school profile? I'd like to offload them or transfer them to my personal account. Thanks for your help!
Had box installed, was working fine.. new version came out and now i'm getting the following error ..tried uninstalling and reinstalling the msi .. same error.

Hi, My account storage space is incorrect. I have this issue regularly and the support people run the script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account? As you run the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid future issues. Please look into this matter with utmost urgency. I recently used my Box account to upload a few files from my computer. However, I have to delete them for some problems. Even after I deleted all the files and also from the trash, it shows I am using 523 MB, which is not possible, since the "Get started" is only 1.8 MB. Could anybody please tell what the issue is? Hi, I have created a Google Sheet from Box but I can no longer 'Protect Sheet' to prevent collaborators from doing any editing. I only want them to open and view the contents via Google Sheet. The 'Protect Sheet' feature is not available when I open the Google Sheet from Box. Please assist on this. Thanks, Faith
Hi, a shared collaborator folder has disappeared but not been deleted by any collaborator. We have checked all trash boxes and history but there is no trace of the folder. How can we retrieve it?
I use BOX that is managed by my client. I am a co-owner of the BOX, however I have not been able to invite my colleague to BOX since mid of April. All the co-owners in my company have the same problem. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Kind Regards, Junko
In this YouTube tutorial by Box 1 , at minute 1:58, they demonstrate a popup modal with a Box Sign embedded. It seems that this isn’t an iframeable_embed_url because the Cloud Game widget doesn’t pop up. When I use the iframeable_embed_url in my own modal, upon a user signing, instead of the user being shown a screen that says “Finished. Thank you for completing the request” like is shown upon sign completion in the YouTube tutorial, the Cloud Game widget pops up again. When the user completes this game (for a second time now), they then see a blank screen. This makes for a poor user experience because the user has no indication of whether or not their sign was successful. Is it possible for me to embed the embed_url into my modal instead (seemingly like what is done in the tutorial)? It seems like if I do so, the user won’t have to deal with the Cloud Game and weird sign completion experience. If not, what must happen for the user to be shown the “Finished. Hi team, I'm an IT from Playstudios. With over 300 Box users we consider ourselves a fairly big customer of yours. The problem is, right now we have plenty of 3rd party managed users with our company's unlimited Box storage licenses that they never touched (mostly 0KB of use). We want to convert them to collaborators/ unmanaged users without having to grant all their access permission to shared folders again. This will help us a ton to optimize our business costs (each of their licenses costs over 300$/per year) Thank you in advance for your support and hope we will have a proper solution to this problem since we really love to use Box

Even after deleting all data, there is still no free space for uploading. When I check my account details, it shows that 99.8GB out of 100GB is in use, but I am not actually using it.
