I am unable to log into box drive after downloading onto my laptop. The prompt sends me back to the browser to log in, after I do this the pop up sends me back to the app, which sends me back to the browsers to log in again. I am logging in through google so the password is not incorrect. Please let me know if there are settings on my laptop to change so I can get the box drive to work or any answers available!

You could try to uninstall  and reinstall your Box Drive application
