My account has an old work email address attached to it and I want to change it. Is this possible to do with the free version of Box or do I have to upgrade in order to change my email address?

To change your email address, you should start by adding a new email.
- Login to box.com and navigate to Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Add a Collaborator or Link Personal Email > Link Personal Email.
- Once a pop-up window appears, select Link Personal Email and enter a valid email address .
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
