Until recently I have always been able to highlight text in a word or pdf document while using the web browser and copy and paste it without opening the document in word/adobe.
I use this a lot as I have documents containing email adresses and names.
Has a setting changed? If so what do I need to do to enable cut and paste from within Box?

Any update on this, as no copy and paste doubles the time we need to process a document when every pdf has to be downloaded.
