Until now I have been accessing my BOX storage from my GoodReader app installed on my iPhone without any problems.However, lately it has been giving me an error and not allowing me to access it. I can access my files from the web and from the BOX app on my iPhone, but for some strange reason, now I can't access them from the GoodReader app on my iPhone.I have reported the problem to GoodReader support, and they respond that "they are not able to reproduce the problem", that is, they do not know how to solve the problem.Can you help me solve it? Hi - Some colleagues in the US have been trying to share a folder with me. I keep getting the message that the shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you. They have confirmed that they have given me access from their end but it still doesnt allow me access?
I submitted this question a week ago and support advised me to try to upload as Box may be telling me storage is used when it is not. However, when I try to upload I get a message that folder storage is exceeded.Please delete all content of my folder so I can start uploading again. Thanks.

I've been deleting files on Box to clear space for new ones, and emptied out my Trash folder, but those deletions aren't being reflected in my Box account's capacity. Is there any way to help me look into the matter and/or reset my storage count?

Hi! Some zip files are not sync, through BOX Sync v4.0.8088. Image (1) shows the file on the BOX opened in a browser. Note the zip file highlighted in yellow.Image (2) shows a folder synchronized on the local machine with BOX Sync. You can see that the yellow highlighted file in image (1) has not been transferred.Image (3) shows the error message from BOX Sync. The above two files, along with the error message "Sync Failed: Unexpected Error Restart Box Sync...". I followed the error message and restarted BOX Sync, but resolved nothing; BOX Synx attempts to synchronize several times, but finally fails.Since the file size of "***_1.zip" is large, I thought that the file size might be the cause of the failure, but since 0417_1.zip is successfully transferred to Local, the file size doesn't seem the cause. Please let me know the cause and solution.Thanks!

I need to give one user access to all my folders without adding them as a collaborator. The main goal is to download files using the API, which requires "As User" access. Since the user needs access to the folders for this to work, I'm looking for an alternative method, possibly through groups or scopes that by some way the user can download files.

I'm an admin to a large account and realized that there were a lot of broken links leading to folders that previously worked but were longer active. Dear Box, On iOS and iPadOS, when you have the Box app installed, it automagically “offers” itself as a service in the native Apple Files app sidebar. Not so in visionOS. I have the native Box app installed on my Apple Vision Pro, and it does not present itself in the Files app. I’m able to use OneDrive just fine, but Box is not an option to add to the Files app sidebar. Would you please take a look at this? Thanks!
