One of our users, cannot receive an email to log-in to their account.

Dear Box Support Team,

One of our users is not receiving an email to log-in to their account for the first time. I have tried sending multiple password reset and resending the set up email multiple times. Could you please help so that we can get this user set up as it has been a while and none of the admin actions I have taken have worked so far.
