Storage space never reduces when I delete files. Constant issue to call in and wait to have support run a script.

Box really needs to create a permanent fix for this. I add and delete a lot every year and storage limit never decreases, even when I wipe out all files.. The current only fix, to create a support ticket to have a script run on my account is a "Band-Aid" fix for years now and really should work as it should.

Can anyone fix this?
