My iphone 5s unfortunately doesn't support the box-app. When I open box.com, afer login via safari and try to open a file there's an error, see picture. Sometimes it is not, and I can open any file without problem. Can somebody explain me, what I could do.

Hello, An individual user account needs to be permanently deleted with no means of reactivation. Is there a way to do this? I need to do this in order to link this account with a different managed account. Thanks.
Ran out of disk space, in fact it should be ~70Gb free. Removed files, cleanup the Trash. Please reindex.

Hello! I used to be able to upload two files of the same name, and both files would be accessible. Now, it automatically replaces the file, making it a v2, and the original file is inaccessible. Is there a way to make both versions accessible simultaneously? See screenshot below…former version grayed out and only accessible via download, not viewable on Box.
Files and Folders created in Box Drive are not syncing to Box Web. Files and Folders created using Box Web are not syncing to Box Drive. I think this started by trying to upload a huge data file to Box Drive.

I must have done something wrong. I have an external user, she created a folder and moved a bunch of files from another folder, she hit the quota limit and I thought I'd moved her to managed user so that she can have more space. I did that and she became Managed user now, however she can no longer see the folder she created (back when she was an external user) which she moved many files to and all the files she moved. I'm confused and very worried we lost all those files. Can someone help?

In the past, I did trial for BOX enterprise to confirm my customer's need to integrate box file integration with microsoft 365. I canseled trial before the end of trial and confirm it to the contact center, But I check the invoice the credit card, there was a billing, amout is ¥10,421. Please refund this money. How to I change the Regional Storage location for my data from the US to EU. When I created a new Box account, I don't see any settings in the admin console where I can make this change. I'm not interested in using Box Zones. I just wanted to create a Box account that is storing my data in the EU. Thanks, Doug
