Hi, as others have posted, I get a blank screen upon logging in. I've cleared cookies and cache and tried a few browsers. Nothing is working. I can use my phone app fine

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:


1. Make sure that the browser is up to date


2. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN


3.  Check if your firewall is configured for Box apps https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696434-Configuring-A-Firewall-For-Box-Applications


4. Try to connect to a different network
