Is it possible for administrators to disable two-factor authentication? (I understand that if the client intentionally enabled two-factor authentication, this may not fall within the scope of the request, but in this case, it was configured without the client’s knowledge.)Thank you in advance.”
Recently, the previous default to allow anyone with a link to access a file changed. It now requires the sender to manually enable the link and then select who can access (People with the link) and then (Can View and Download) before sharing the link for people outside my organization to access the file without a login. It is highly cumbersome to do this for every sent link. Under Account Settings, the default access for new links, is now greyed out and cannot be selected. How can I restore the original default setting?

Hi Box Support, I constantly meet a trouble with Box recently. I tried to remove my old 2FA app - which is Sentinel Authenticator, a 2FA syncing through iOS only - to add my new 2FA. However, whenever I remove the old 2FA app then click save and add a new one, the old app constantly reappear and Box system does not generate new 2FA code for another 2FA app. Please help! Hello! I receive the error message that 23 files are not syncing. I always avoid using special characters in the file names, so this should not be the issue. I have submitted the error logs through the Box Sync application. Are you able to find the logs? Can you find out what the problem is? Thankful for any help. P.s. i am running box drive on my pc with windows 10 [latest version] and my box directory [c:\users\me\box\] has recently changed from a regular directory to a link.. the link is mount point. this is a new change. it used to be a regular folder that i could do all the Windows processes i needed to do, like search...etc. i want to change this LINK back to a regular directory for my box directory. how do i do this. i have looked through the FAQs etc and have not been able to find a solution.

I'm on the Enterprise trial plan, but cannot find Hubs in Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing > Hubs to enable it. When I search for it in the search bar, hubs is greyed out and it says "This feature is currently unavailable." when I hover over it. This is the feature I would like to test out in order to see if it'll work for my organization. Any tips on how to get it to work?
