Hello our business account has 10GB we would like to request more storage. We are happy with the business level and not looking to upgrade to Business Plus

You can increase your storage limit without changing your tariff. 


To change your account storage limit: 


  • Log in to box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Users & Groups. 

  • Locate the user's account to view and edit the user's storage used. 

  • Don't foget to "save" to capture the changes.
