When I open the app box on my mac, it asks me to log in, I am directed to the browser to login and after logging in it goes back to the initial image of the app that did not open.
Removed and re-added Excel Online Previewer. Only option shown, for opening spreadsheets, is Google Sheets.
Hello, I am trying to transfer all the files/folders of a user(Co-Admin) who no longer works here to my account (Admin). I've noticed there's a menu option to transfer the items, but I have to select each one individually. When I select all the files, I only have the option to Download or Delete. Is there a way to change ownership of all that to me? Thank you

I created a ppt presentation, saved to my synced box account on my laptop. I spilled liquid on my laptop which fried it. When I opened box (both the local synced version and the online platform) on my new laptop, a very old version of the document was there - but none of my hours of work from June 25th/26th. I've looked in the version history and there are no older versions. Is there any way to find the latest version?
For a couple of weeks or so, the search box has disappeared from the web app. I use the online app.box.com a lot for searching and managing files, and this is a huge pain. Please see images below, loading the box app webpage on Vivaldi, Chrome or Edge. None of them show the search box any more which used to be at the top. However, I can still search on the box Android app, and I can still manually type a search URL and it will give me search results like this: This is an absolute pain though. Please can someone help me?

Hello, like some previous posts, the software is not accepting my phone number for authentication. I have tried different formats XXXXXXXXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, (XXX)XXX-XXXX, (XXX)-XXX-XXXX, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, but it keep saying its invalid. Downloading files used to simply donwload them to the downloads file in Windows it now opens them in the programme that created them e.g. Word. This is a complete pain. If I wanted to open the files I'd do so. Has a setting changed that I need to revert for my files?
Hi I am trying to add a user to my Business Plus plan I just upgraded to, however it is saying the user already has an email in use and I can't add him.
I have granted a person co-admin in order for them to run reports I gave them the following settings Enabled run new reports and access existing reports When the user tries to run reports or if I login as the user and try we get this error: Your account does not have permissions to upload this report output. Please contact your company's Box admin for permissions to create a 'Box Reports' folder and create files and folders within that 'Box Reports' folder. The user can see the Box Reports folder and create and upload files and folders but reports still don't run. How do we correct the problem?

For some considerable time now, I have been trying and failing to to follow these instructions to set the Box Sync folder as the default Location for Documents in Windows:https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043694994-Setting-Box-Sync-as-a-Default-Save-Location-in-WindowsThe problem is that whenever I reboot, the location is reset to an unsynced "old_Box" folder that I didn't create. This folder isn't even in the Box sync folder hierarchy. The same happens if I move any of the special user folders, such as Desktop, to a Box folder location too. It appears to work fine with OneDrive and Google Drive, but I'm not using those; so what is the problem with Box? Am I doing something wrong? The link above seems to imply that this is possible. I even tried running a script to reset the locations of these folders in the registry, but it doesn't seem to make any difference following a reboot. We have 2 companies. I mistakenly sent the shared folders for KKOS lawyers before I added the employee seats in Main Street Business. I have removed all external shared email addresses from both companies, but it still won't let me add their seats. Please help as soon as possible.
