In an environment where Box and BoxTool are installed, uploading from Box to SharePoint by specifying a folder fails.
Uploading is successful when specifying a file.
The issue occurs on some devices and not on others.
Could you please advise or provide the settings required to reproduce the issue on the device where the issue does not occur?
