Hello,


We have used the Box for NetSuite Integration for a couple years. 


It's now not working (on the NetSuite screen we get the message: 'There was an issue with the Box SuiteApp. Please refresh and try again. If the problem persists contact your NetSuite Administrator'), and it seems there was an upgrade to version 3.3x.


So, I upgraded the NetSuite SuiteApp in NetSuite.


I found a Box Support article on upgrading to version 3.3x (Upgrading to Box for NetSuite v3.3.0+ – Box Support) but when I go to Box to get the credentials, the screen doesn't provide the Client ID/Secret. It shows status 'Disabled' and it won't let me enable it AND the 'Save' button is 'greyed-out'.


I then tried to see if I had to set up the Box App in Box.com again, and it gave me an 'Integration is Blocked' message in Box.com for the Box for NetSuite app.  I'm not sure how to proceed and we need this available so we can see our documents in NetSuite...
