Hi, I have 50 GB of space in my box account, and there is few files in it, but in account details I read: Storage Used: 26.1 GB of 50.0 GB ... and the bin is empty too! Hi, I created a link (no alias) for a file to share with external people based on the link. Unfortunately, I did not set a proper expiration date, so now the link has expired. I can create a new link, however I would like to re-establish the same link as before and set it to non-expiring. Is that possible? Thanks.

We use a Citrix environment and log into apps.box.com from within this to access and upload files. We have worked with them and it appears that our IP address has been blocked/banned. We need to have this block/ban removed so that we can access our files.
