Has anyone attempted to monitor Box Drive for sync errors from a system standpoint? Currently, as an admin I have to rely on the user to see the notification and report it which is not reliable. It would be great if Box Drive actually logged errors to event viewer but I have not found anything there. There is the Box Drive log files but I have no clue where to start looking in those. I asked support what file those are logged to and how it gets logged and they refused to provide any help. The only other solution I got from our account manager was to talk to Box Consulting and pay them to build me a solution to monitor their app.

I clicked on an eBook link and it downloaded to my box app,. I have tried everything to get rid of it but there is no option to drag it or right click for the trash. it has the option to 'leave file" but that does nothing. I've tried via the app and ive also tried on my pc. What am i missing? Please help.
Okay, so starting yesterday, is anybody else suddenly unable to post comments on PDF files using Adobe Acrobat for Box? Every time I try to post a comment, it comes up with a little red error box that says "We were unable to post your comment, please try again." I've tried signing in with several different browsers, but it didn't help.
I am unable to lo into Box. I have Evermusic linked to Box. That app could not access my account. I changed my password twice. I tried to log in again on the music app, the Box app and on Safari and I still cannot log in. Thanks.

Hi! I am unable to add users (both internal and external). I am the owner of the folder and have removed 3 members (thinking it might be a capacity issue) to see that I am still unable to add other users. I tried inviting the new users from a different browser but the error persisted. Hi, I recently got a new computer (MacOS Sonoma 14.5) and updated from Box Sync (what I used in the past) to Box Drive. 1. What is the difference between pressing the cloud icon to download something in `Box Drive` (which I did for all top level folders), vs right-clicking in Finder and clicking `make available offline` for each folder? The wording between the seem redundant 2. When I installed Box Drive, as expected, it uninstalled Box Sync. However, the archive folder it made, seems to be identical to the Box Drive folder; they both contain everything. Is this expected behavior?
I tried to create my password because a folder where I was invited required the stronger password. But I get an error when I tried to do it by "my icon" -> "account setting" -> "create password", I get an error. What should I do it?

On my MacBook Pro the icon in the menubar is greyed out and won't respond when clicking on it. I tried restarting and reinstalling Box.
