Hi, all

I have a Box account which I have not used for a long time.

I tried to log in and was asked to reset my password by providing my email address. I did so but never received reset instructions.

Reading the FAQs, it seems that my email address may have been placed on Box's email suppression list as a result of a hard bounce.

Can anyone from Box assist so that I can log in to my Box account again?
