My mac popped up:

Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.

The "here" link brought me to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us. However, even after logging in, I don't see a way to create a support case. I see many other users confused by this as well.

Please:

- Open a support case for my issue

- Address the general confusion caused by Box telling users to do something on your site that doesn't appear to be possible.
