Hello!

If you’re locked out of your Box account due to two-factor authentication, you can:

Recovery Codes: Use any recovery codes you saved when setting up 2FA.
Admin Help: If it’s a business account, your Box admin may be able to assist.
Always keep recovery codes in a safe place for such situations.

Hi there,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

Can you still log in through box.com? If so, you can proceed and disable it in your end.

To remove a multi-factor authentication method from your individual account:

  1. Click on your account icon in the top-right corner of the page, and select Account Settings.
  2. Under the Account tab, scroll to the Authentication section.
  3. Click Remove next to the authentication method you want to remove, and then click Remove in the confirmation dialog box.

If you can no longer log in, please create a new ticket for Product Support.

Thanks for posting!
