Dear all. We are using trial for Box businees plus. It says that limit is 1 TB. We used only 5.4gb, and when we try to upload any new file we get message that account storage limit is reached. We need support asap, so that we can test all functionalities, so we can purchase production licenses, before trial expires.

The Box support team exchanged emails with me but have not gotten back to me. I have waiver packets for 330+ e-sign recipients for a school event and I would like to personalize each packet using Word mail merge but I am at a loss of how to send these out through Box e-sign to get to each individually? I can't seem to find what I want in the knowledge base. Please HELP! I need to send them out now.
It seems that the administrator has given me an operation to send an email invitation, but I have not received it. Size on HDD is 45GB and storage of account says it full at 100GB is much larger than files stored, can you run script to solve it. This happens once every 4 months are or so, can script be set up to run automatically? Is there a permanet fix for this, as I seem to ask for this to be done constantly. Box should but a button on the system that can do this when needed, or the softwre should be updated to run autmatically every few months..

Is there a way to link versions of a document, so when changes are made to the document, the changes appear in every instance of that document? Fo example: File Q is located in Folders A, B, and C. Updating File Q in Folder A- can this update also be linked to File Q in Folders B and C? Or must File Q be updated in every folder in which it appears manually?
