We have been using box for about a year with no issues on all our shop ipads and phones. in the last month we have noticed you can not open files without the app completely crashing and closing out. This has been tested with multiple files, different devices, etc.
We have tried renaming files. downloading new versions. deleting the app and reinstall. nothing works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
