I'm attempting to add a managed user but I keep getting the above error. I had the user log into their account that was already using that email and had them delete their previous account. We are still getting the same error and are unable to get them added. Is there another solution to get this user added?

We have the same issue - and there does not seem to be a way to create a ticket to get it resolved.  Can you assist for us as well?
