I am trying to add an email to my Box.com account, but it indicates that it cannot do this. The error message is The first is "Oops - the person already has a Box account. Upgrade your account to add a collaborator. 


The other email was mine, but I deleted the Box.com account in an effort to have only one account. The system still sees this old account. How can I get this additional email deleted or released?
