I need to install the box add-in in Outlook 2021 and getting nowhere. The main instructions at https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697074-Using-Box-for-Outlook dont seem to cover Outlook 2021. None of the instructions fit 2021 version. I cant get past the 1st step.
The files are gone. I had several folders and files and there is nothing left.
Hi there, is there an issue with Box today? When I am searching for files the results are coming up empty, it's only when I log out and log back in again and click on search the options are displayed below. I have tried in multiple browsers and having the same issue. Thanks, Jenny

I want to connect Box from android 3rd party apps.(ex Solid explorer and spiral Player) But I can't login Box serivce. My Box account is Google ID, and I use single sign on. But google ID login service is blocked from internal browser access. Box single sign on service cannot switch other browser. So, single sign on service is not enabled.

All of the file in the All Files folder are missing. They were there last week, and a colleague of mine is still able to view them. Though when I go to the folder there are no files listed. How can I regain access to the files on the drive?
I am using my usda.gov Box account for work. I had a box folder created that can share files with external (non-usda) collaborators. I've successfully shared the folder with many external users, but I'm having trouble sharing with one person with an icloud.com e-mail. When I first tried to share it with him, he couldn't see the shared folder when he went into Box. There was nothing there. He thought maybe it was because he had previously had a Box folder with others at his school, so he deleted his Box account and then I tried to re-share it with him. Now when I try to share it with him it says, "Sorry, you can not invite deactivated users to collaborate." The USDA's help desk told me they can't help me with issues with external users and referred me to this website. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I had Box drive installed on my mac, but noticed recently that files added by collaborators on the cloud version of my Box drive were not showing up on my mac. I just downloaded Box Sync thinking it would fix the issue, but it created a separate application under "Favorites", so that now I have two applications for Box on my mac and am even more confused. What should I do?

Hello, I was trying to switch from SMS to Authenticator App based authentication I am unable to set up 2-factor authentication on my account. The QR code sits as "loading" and the website tells me that my phone number and email address are invalid. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi, My account storage space is incorrect. I have this issue regularly and the support people run the script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account? As you run the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid future issues. Please look into this matter with utmost urgency.
