I have a user who deleted a key folder within the system, who has been offboarded from the system. I reached out to the master system user, and we found the folder, but when we restored there were no files. Please can you advise how we can recover this data, and also understand who has deleted this folder and its contents.
We are also running cloudally backup - I have raised a support ticket with them also.
