All excel files in boxdrive folder have stopped opening, we have tried to uninstall and reinstall boxdrive, logout, restart the computer to no help, all three pcs using the same boxdrive folder fails to open. We used the same folder for more than three years now with no issue until Saturday. It fails to download responding by file format not recognized, file moved or deleted but they are all there visible online.

I have a similar issue. I use Excel on my PC laptop with Windows 10 OS. Excel has functioned fine for years, but now I only get the message that Box is opening Excel, but it never opens.

I have users reporting the same issue. If they open the Excel file from box they get a message that the file is opening but it does not. If they open it from Excel it does open. This happens in both the desktop client and the web version of box. Has there been any update about this issue?
