Deleting files does not recover space.They have also been deleted from the Recycle Bin.
I find it really frustrating that if a colleague sends me a link to a document which (obviously) opens the file in Box Web, I can't find out where it is stored without copying the file name and searching in Box Drive. Surely there should be a way of finding out the document location from Box web? I can't see any way to do this but maybe I'm missing something? It's not a massive deal, but it is a regular irritation for me and many of my colleagues.

I was charged $60 today for an account that I did not sign up for. I do not use this service. Customer service is telling me flat out that this is MY problem. This is incredibly poor business practice. I would like a refund, as I did NOT consent to this charge. 6/24/2024

An employee in our company moved a folder which includes a lot of sub-folders and files by mistake. After that, nobody can delete the moved file including sub-folders and files. Are there any good solutions ?

For our pursuit folders, we want to be able to find our latest pursuits/proposals that each of us completed recently. We cannot find a way to do this in windows explorer and online, tags and collections are unique to the user. We are not able to search by 'modified by' on box.com, only the 'owner' of box.com (which is a single user) - not the 'owner of the file.' Has anyone been able to figure out a solution to this?

Good Day, I noticed today after logging into my Box Drive account all of my files I could previously access are gone. I had last accessed 15 days ago however today they are no longer able to be retrieved. Trash is empty and my usage shows "0B of 10 gb used" . What am I missing ?

When I save files from Microsoft word to box via my desktop I'm met with the following error message: Further, when I try to create a folder in box drive, I'm met with the following error message: So far I've: - restarted the computer - deleted and redownloaded box from my computer - Created a new profile to re-download box & I'm still being met with this. I can save to box online but once box is downloaded, that's where I'm getting issues. Any assistance could be greatly appreciated. - Carter McClung

I'm on Enterprise trial plan, but cannot find Hubs in Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing > Hubs to enable it. When I search for it in the search bar, it says "This feature is currently unavailable." This was the reason I signed up to try Box. Any tips on how to get it to work?
