I'm sporadically unable to download and open files on Box. I get a pop up message about submitting logs and then this:
Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue."
When I click on the link I go to the main support page, but I don't see where I'm supposed to open a support case. I found one link to create a ticket at the bottom of one random page and that takes me to "page not found."
