Colleague changed mobile number and can not access 2FA to login – Box Support


MY REQUEST  : Could you tell me the email adress or contact form to" Box Product Support"?


I cant find that so I couldnt contact to support.

Have you sent ticket?  where can I check? I serch around but I couldnt find.


Sorry for asking for advice on everything. But my colleague have been having trouble for over a month.
