Hello, I am trying to add to my enterprise domain a user who already has an account with it's work email but not attached to any enterprise. How do I connect this account?
We are sending and receiving files to and from customers via BOX, but some customers have reported that they are unable to log in to BOX. We have received reports from some customers that they are unable to log in to the BOX. If you know how to solve this problem, please let us know. The following is the sequence of events leading up to the screen. Invitation mail is sent when the customer starts using the BOX→The customer sets up registration information from the URL in the invitation mail→When the customer tries to access the BOX login screen to start using the BOX, the screen shown in the attachment is displayed. The screen shows "A confirmation email has been sent," but when we checked with the customer, he said he had not received any BOX email other than the first invitation email. I recently upgraded from a free account to an Enterprise account so that my organization can take advantage of the better security features. I am the account admin and yet I am unable to classify folders that I create. I am listed as the owner of these folders but I keep getting the message, "You do not have permission to edit Classifications for this item. Contact the owner or co-owner for assistance."
Hi, Is there a way to change the settings for a single folder to not sync the file to the devices that have Box Drive? We have a large folder that we don't need to sync with any devices, but just keep it for downloading the files when needed. Not sure if there is a better practice for doing this.

I accidentally moved my Box sync folder on my PC (running Windows 10). This triggered an error message that the folder was now unavailable, that Box Sync would quit, and the next time it ran it would create a new Box Sync folder. Now I have two Box Sync folders, one of which is non-functional. I would like to delete the non-functional folder, but Windows won't let me. The delete key does nothing. If I right click on the folder, Delete is not given as an option. What do I do?
We have some users as guests on a Box Business plus account. We created a Box Enterprise account and are attempting to move them over to our account, but after they accept the invitation to join our org they still get logged in to their old account.This is a timely migration so any quick help will be very appreciated

The default List View shows a lot of whitespace in between rows. Is there a way to switch to a compact display that packs more rows into a given screen?
We revoked access to BOX for an employee. She assigned tasks to me and herself. Although I approved tasks, they remain on my task list because she has not "approved" the task herself. As a reminder, she no longer has access. Is there a way to reassign the tasks solely to me or remove her altogether?
We are having an issue with not being able to see the contents of a PDF document. The PDF document has fillable cells that are visible when the form is in Preview but not visible when Downloading the document.
