My folder that is named "Google" has no files. But my folder says 「24.2 MB/10.0 GB used」. Please clear my folder capacity. Then make my folder「0 MB/10.0 GB used」.

Hi All I have been using Box Drive for years and love it, however, there is one very minor issue I cant solve. My PC is a Windows 10 home PC and I normally have box pinned to start, when Box updates it no longer pins to start and I have to do that manually. Not a big issue but I would like Box to automatically pin to start after update. Any suggestions please.

I have the same issue others have had, in that box doesn't connect and message says 'no longer running' - however, I cannot uninstall box as I cannot quit the application. Help!

Hi Team, I am trying to access my Box storage files from my Kubernetes containers, but I was unable to establish a connection due to the following reasons: WebDAV Might Be Disabled for Your Enterprise DomainSome Box enterprise environments may not have WebDAV access enabled, or they might require specific configurations for protocols like WebDAV. This could explain why attempts to access Box using lftp are being redirected to the login page. Your Organization Uses SSO/2FAIt seems that my organization enforces Single Sign-On (SSO) or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which is preventing direct authentication methods like WebDAV, leading to the redirection. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so that I can access my files from the containers? Thank you for your support.

I paid the business license fee for the storage update in the box yesterday. But, data (word, ppt, PDF etc..) are all disappered!!! I checked history and trash, but it is not in trash and no trace of it. Of course I or my colleagues didn't delete it. The file of the box contains a lot of my work from the last 3 years. I don't know what to do..... Any way to recover it, please. 

I can not login to box drive after reset my laptop. but I can login in browser. After I click the login, it direct to browser, I success login, but it direct to this interface again. there is no box in my explorer.

I would like to migrate to a Box drive, located in Australia Box shuttle would be helpful for this Some of my database files are 18GB in size. Only one user needs to access this. Folders and files load way too slow on Box for iPhone. Real slow. It's extremely annoying and time consuming. My wifi is strong. My cellular is strong. I tried deleting and downloading back. I don't have this issue anywhere else. I've been using Box for 12 years. This is a Box problem. Thanks. Keith

I need to add a user to our company account but I am getting the error "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise" We are supposed to be able to "capture" any private accounts that use our email domain.

Hi   I delete ALL my files in the account.  But it still said I have 47GB used

I am missing 2 crucial folders. They're not showing up online or Box Sync.  HELP!  Ever since I upgraded my account a few days ago I've received several messages saying that files were unable to be synced.  I've never had a problem with Box until now.  I'm regretting the upgrade to my account because nothing was wrong before I did it.  I searched trash on Box and my laptop, along with every folder that's still showing up on Box but still can't find them. 

Hi, I recently purchased a Dell XPS 13 Laptop with Snapdragon CPU and when I tried to install the Box Drive, the 'Windows Restart" messages keep pop up no matter how many times I restarted the laptop. Is Box Drive not supporting Snapdragon CPU? Is there any other way I can install the Box Drive?

How can I see my storage vs available storage. There is 1 Excel spreadsheet I am trying to update but I keep getting the message some uploads failed, "storage limit exceeded"   Can you help me understand the issue so I can upload the file please?

Only recently did "Box sync" updated to "box drive" in my computer and it has completely taken over my hard drive. Although I only had some selected filed synced with "box sync", with "box drive" all of them have now downloaded to my computer defeating the purpose of having online storage. I shouldn't have to manually select each folder or file to make "only available online" when I have already selected on the website which files I want synced. How is the website and the software not fully integrated in this manner? Will this be resolved? should I just uninstall the software and only work online from now on? It is also impossible to contact someone from support unless you post on this forum. 

Starting last Monday night, Box API get_items() from folders suddenly became consistently slow each call, no matter if there were a lot of files, or a few files within the folders I tested. How can our latency be improved?  Hi I am getting the following message multiple times a day after restarting my computer. Once I receive the message none of the box files are accessible through the drive, and I have to go to Box.com to access files. Has anyone had this issue and what's the best course of action from here?   "Box Drive is exiting due to an error detected with your proxy. Please ensure your proxy supports secure requests (https) and try again." When I click OK the following message comes up.  "There may be open files that Box Drive cannot detect. To prevent any loss of work, please ensure any open Box files are saved and closed before you quit." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm getting so many annoying messages today from Box, this time via Box Drive. "There is not enough space on Box. You need an additional 141GB to copy these files". I don't get how your app works, I just want to upload files to the cloud from desktop, but I have unlimited storage on an Enterprise account. 

Hi:  I upgraded my plan, and mistakenly selected the monthly option instead of the annual fee.  Can you change my billing to an annual option?  Thanks.

Every time I save a file it says I have exceeded storage but we have unlimited storage.  How do I fix this?
