Hello, on my cloud box, twice this month all my files have been deleted. The directory structure is intact but the files have all been sent into the trash. I'd like to make it clear that I only accessed the cloud box marginally and in no way can the cause be due to any action on my part, especially when all the files in all the directories are deleted at once. 


 What's the problem? How can I avoid this inconvenience making this cloud unsecure.

Anyone else have access to these files?  Additionally, are you using Box Drive or Sync on your local PC?


Of course not, again the problem is due to the clou, not mine. All the directory structure was preserved but all the files were erased.


I use Box Sync on my PC.
