Question about organizing my Box account

Question

I have many different folders and files that have been shared with me from different sources. For example, let's say I have 5 or 10 different folders or files from my academic department. Can I create 1 folder and pull all those folders into that one folder without messing up how other people see the folders? Also, if I pull folders that I have created and shared with students into one folder will that ruin the link that the students use to access that folder? Thanks so much.

You cannot move them into a new folder without affecting every one else but what you can do is grab the URL for each folder and create a folder of bookmarks for yourself. It is basically the identical functionality and you can even add the new folder you created to a collection or your favorites for even quicker access.
